Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a VP of Client Growth & Transformation to own end-to-end client partnerships, from strategy to execution. You will lead relationships with senior stakeholders, design agentic AI-powered growth systems, and drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, retention, and revenue.

You will oversee delivery, collaborate with Operations, Technology, Data and Compliance, and mentor a team of directors and operators to scale impact across multiple phases of client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital operations, product, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record managing VP/C-suite client relationships.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production.
• Strong analytical capabilities driving data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program delivery for a client partnership across all workstreams.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Data and Compliance to manage resources and timelines.
• Identify and deploy AI-native workflows that scale and comply with regulations.
• Define KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
