Job summary

Vontier is establishing an enterprise-level Center of Excellence spanning Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to raise the rigor and consistency of how our operating companies plan, build, launch, and support products.

This builder role requires a player-coach mindset as the enterprise team forms, partnering with CPOs, CTOs, and product marketing leaders to set common standards, tools, and talent practices across businesses.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in product management, engineering, or product marketing leadership at multi-business-unit level.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise product operating system including roadmapping, portfolio governance, NPD process, and quarterly/annual reviews.
• Partner with CPOs/engineering leaders to ensure rigorous roadmaps, investment cases, and portfolio decisions.
• Define enterprise standards for product quality and field performance, and track them across units.
• Lead a lean corporate team, operating through influence with operating company leaders.
• Represent product, engineering, and product marketing excellence in enterprise strategy and investment planning.
