Job summary

Vontier Corporation seeks a Vice President, Product Excellence to establish and lead an enterprise Center of Excellence across Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing. This builder role works through influence with CPOs and CTOs to set standards, tools, and talent practices while respecting each business’s markets.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in product management, engineering, or product marketing leadership.
• Experience building and scaling an enterprise-level COE or shared-services function.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise product operating system: roadmapping, governance, NPD process, reviews.
• Define rigorous roadmaps, investment cases, and portfolio decisions tied to enterprise strategy.
• Maintain templates and metrics for product line reviews and decision-making forums.
• Bridge product teams with corporate teams for alignment and support.
