Vontier is establishing an enterprise Center of Excellence spanning Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to raise the rigor and consistency of how our operating companies plan, build, launch, and support products. The Vice President, Product Excellence will lead this COE, reporting to the Chief Innovation and Growth Officer.

Formación

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in product management, engineering, or product marketing leadership.
• Experience leading at multi-business-unit or enterprise level.
• Track record building enterprise centers of excellence or shared-services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and stand up a lean, high-leverage COE with cross-functional influence.
• Set enterprise standards for roadmaps, portfolio governance, and NPD processes.
• Partner with CPOs/CTO and product marketing leaders to align roadmaps to enterprise strategy.
• Maintain tools, templates, and metrics for portfolio reviews and decision-making.
• Develop talent, communities of practice, and training across businesses.
• Report portfolio health to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement.
