Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior VP of Commercial Pricing to shape pricing strategy and governance across Support Services. The role leads enterprise pricing models, analytics, and multi-service offerings in demanding 24/7 environments.

You will partner with executives to optimize profitability, lead a high-performing team, and drive value-based pricing across sectors. This role requires strong communication and strategic acumen in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy, corporate finance, consulting, valuation, business transformation, or comparable environments.
• Experience in facilities management, integrated facilities management, outsourcing, construction, manufacturing, critical environments, infrastructure, utilities, technical services, or other complex service businesses.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the enterprise pricing strategy for Support Services, facilities management, integrated facilities management, and complex technical service offerings.
• Establish pricing governance, approval frameworks, commercial policies, deal-review processes, and escalation paths that drive consistency and accountability.
• Lead pricing analytics and benchmarking to deliver actionable commercial insights and support growth.
