Job summary

Compass Group USA, a leader in foodservice and support services, seeks a Senior Vice President, Data Center Strategy, to define the vision, growth, and operating model for a rapidly expanding data center vertical. This role will align legal, finance, and enterprise functions to deliver differentiated solutions across the data center lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical environments, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the Data Center vertical, accountable for strategy, growth, and financial results.
• Define long-term vision, business plan, and growth across full data center lifecycle.
• Build a scalable operating model integrating food, workplace, technical, facilities, and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams including strategy, mobilization, operations, and client relations.
• Drive commercial excellence, revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise value creation.
