Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in retail/CPG with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or analytics preferred.
• 8+ years' experience building and leading teams.
• Expert knowledge of multi-channel pricing and merchandising.
• Experience with price optimization tools and data providers.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive decisions.
• Strong communication across levels and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise pricing vision and operating model.
• Own pricing strategy across categories, geographies, and channels.
• Sponsor modernization of analytics platforms and decision-support tools.
• Advise executives and align resources to improve performance.
