Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Finance to serve as the senior financial executive and strategic partner for the Support Services and Data Centers vertical. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, contract economics, and capital deployment across a complex, multi-site portfolio.

You will build scalable finance processes, dashboards, and performance management while partnering with Operations and Corporate leaders to drive sustainable margin expansion and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership including FP&A, commercial and operational finance.
• Experience leading finance in multi-site, rapid growth service businesses.
• Experience with data centers, facilities management, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Develop scalable metrics, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
• Oversee pricing strategy, contract economics, renewals, and new business.
• Evaluate investments, capital deployment, and M&A due diligence.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.
