Job summary
Odyssey Logistics is seeking a high-velocity Enterprise 4PL sales leader to own new-logo growth across North America. You will consult with enterprise clients, design targeted strategies, and close complex, high-value opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to craft competitive offers and drive executive engagement, with remote-work flexibility across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years selling Enterprise 4PL/Managed Transportation and Multimodal Freight Management to enterprise accounts in North America.
- Experience with multi-modal transportation and use of TMS for efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of over-quota performance.
Responsibilities
- Own new-logo growth for Enterprise 4PL and Multimodal Freight Management across North America.
- Lead consultative sales projects, deliver value-based proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Build executive relationships with economic buyers and cross-functional teams.
- Manage the full sales process from outreach to close and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
