Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to own new-logo growth across North America for 4PL and multimodal freight management. You will lead consultative engagements, design value-driven offerings, and close complex contracts with enterprise clients.

You will build and manage executive relationships, coordinate across Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal, and drive opportunities from outreach through close in a fast-paced, high-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years selling Enterprise 4PL/Managed Transportation and Multimodal Freight Management to enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own new-logo growth for Enterprise 4PL and Multimodal Freight Management across North America.
• Lead consultative sales projects including network optimization studies and procurement events.
• Articulate Odyssey's value proposition to differentiate capabilities in 4PL, freight management, cost optimization, tech, and visibility.
• Cultivate relationships with economic buyers and executives across complex committees in North America.
• Partner cross-functionally to create competitive offers, manage contracting, and drive executive engagement to close logos.
• Lead the full sales process from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce activity, forecasts, and opportunity status.
