Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to own new-logo growth for 4PL and multimodal freight management across North America. You will act as trusted advisor to enterprise clients, developing and closing complex, consultative opportunities that deliver net revenue targets.

Recruit cross-functional teams, articulate value propositions, manage contracts, and drive the full sales process from outreach to close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling Enterprise 4PL/Managed Transportation to enterprise accounts in North America.
• 5+ years experience across multi-modal transportation and using TMS for cost efficiencies.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven record of exceeding targets in consultative selling.
• Experience with complex contract negotiations involving legal and procurement.
• Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel; able to present to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• New logo growth for Enterprise 4PL and Multimodal Freight Management in North America.
• Lead consultative projects, including network optimization studies and sourcing events.
• Articulate Odyssey's value proposition and differentiate its capabilities.
• Cultivate relationships with economic buyers and executives across complex committees.
• Drive end-to-end sales process from outreach to close; update Salesforce forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create competitive offers and close deals.
