Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a high-velocity Enterprise 4PL sales leader to own new-logo growth across North America. You will engage enterprise buyers, design consultative solutions, and close complex deals leveraging a deep logistics footprint.

We seek proven performers with multi-modal transport experience, strong C-suite communication, and a track record of exceeding targets. Remote-eligible with a comprehensive benefits package and company alignment to long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years selling Enterprise 4PL/Managed Transportation and Multimodal Freight Management to enterprise accounts in North America.
• Proven hunter with track record of exceeding targets in consultative, solution-based selling.
• Experience negotiating contracts with legal and procurement stakeholders and proficiency in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead new logo growth for Enterprise 4PL and Multimodal Freight Management across North America.
• Design and implement hunter sales strategies, building a robust, qualified pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage in consultative selling and solution design, including ROI-based proposals and value messaging.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
