Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new-logo growth for our 4PL and Multimodal Freight Management offerings across North America.

You will engage enterprise clients with consultative solutions, leading projects from discovery through contract, while collaborating across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Executive Leadership to secure partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years selling Enterprise 4PL/Managed Transportation and Multimodal Freight Management solutions to enterprise accounts in North America
• 5+ years experience in multi-modal transportation (TL, LTL, Partial Truckload, Tank Truck, Expedited) and using TMS for cost efficiency
• Proven hunter with track record of exceeding sales targets in consultative environments
• Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong financial modeling and ROI proposals
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills with C-suite audiences

Responsibilities

• Own new-logo growth for Enterprise 4PL and Multimodal Freight Management across North America.
• Lead consultative projects including network optimization and procurement events.
• Build relationships with economic buyers and cross-functional teams to close new logos.
• Manage full sales process from outreach to proposal, contract, and close.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Demonstrate urgency and ownership to progress opportunities.
