Vanteo is seeking a senior sales leader to build and run a five-brand J-1 teacher placement business, turning market analysis into five coherent go-to-market strategies. You will own budget, CRM, partnerships, and marketing across TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC, reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior sales or growth/GTM leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the J-1 program and sponsorship.
• Deep understanding of public school district, charter, and private school buying.
• Experience building a new-logo sales motion.
• Experience running multi-brand go-to-market strategies.
• CRM/RevOps experience and partner-network development.
• AI collaboration with data teams is a plus.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines and scale.
• Collaborative leadership across brands and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run five go-to-market strategies for five brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Own budget, resourcing, and investment cases for the new-sales function.
• Stand up sales operations: pipeline, forecasting, deal velocity, and CRM stack.
• Build and manage a national partner network with DOE, communities, and recruiters.
• Lead J-1 marketing and alignment across brands.
