JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in Corporate Development, Digital Partnerships, to drive strategic payments and lending partnerships with large tech and fintech players from New York.

You will evaluate, negotiate, and execute partnerships while coordinating with finance, legal, and other partners across the firm. You will influence senior executives, manage complex deals, and monitor market developments to deliver value for Chase’s customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in digital, banking, financial services and/or payments.
• Ability to build strong internal/external relationships.
• Experience leading across large cross-functional organizations via influence.
• Proven track record in partnerships/strategic alliances.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong timelines management.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy for emerging industry trends (tech, regulations).
• Lead evaluation, negotiation, and execution of payments and lending partnerships with tech/fintech players.
• Support ongoing management of relationships with key large tech partners internally and externally.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and partners to build business cases and deal terms.
• Monitor external environment for competitive partnerships; share insights with partners.
• Ensure deals comply with policies, controls, and Corporate Development procedures.
