Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, product partnerships, and/or payments/fintech-related roles.
• Ability to synthesize market, client, and product signals into clear recommendations and actionable partnership strategies.
• Strong structured communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from working teams through senior leadership.
• Proven negotiation and deal execution capability, including commercial structuring and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills, effectively driving multiple concurrent workstreams to outcomes.
• Collaborative, ownership-oriented approach, with comfort operating in ambiguity and translating strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate partnership opportunities that differentiate JPM Payments and drive measurable client and business outcomes.
• Build strategic business cases including value proposition, target clients/use cases, competitive landscape, economics, and execution roadmap.
• Lead partner engagement end-to-end, including outreach, qualification, negotiation of commercial terms, and internal alignment through approvals.
• Drive commercialization and go-to-market, coordinating with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, pipeline creation, and client adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Legal, Compliance/Risk, Operations, and Investments to deliver launches on schedule.
• Conduct diligence for investment and partnership decisions, assessing strategic fit, product/technology, financials, risks, and integration considerations.
• Develop and maintain ecosystem relationships with fintechs, venture capital, incubators, and industry forums to keep a strong pipeline of opportunities.
