Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President on the Corporate Development Digital Partnerships team to drive strategic payments and lending partnerships with large tech platforms and fintechs. You'll work on strategic analysis, lead commercial deals, support deal execution and negotiations, and influence across a multifaceted organization alongside Chase's senior leaders.

You will evaluate market developments, build strong relationships, and contribute to value delivery for Chase’s customers.

Qualifications

6+ years in digital, banking, financial services and/or payments.
Ability to build relationships inside and outside the company.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
Proven track record in partnerships or strategic alliances.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong project management and ability to meet tight timelines.
BS degree or equivalent experience required.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy for emerging industry trends and market developments.
Lead evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic payments and lending partnerships.
Support ongoing management of relationships with key tech partners.
Collaborate with finance and legal to develop business cases and deal terms.
Monitor external environment for competitive developments and opportunities.
Ensure all deals follow policies and Corporate Development procedures.
