Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced asset management professional to lead end-to-end construction and reserve draw management for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans. You will supervise junior staff, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with lenders, sponsors, and borrowers to meet loan documentation requirements.

The role requires strong financial modeling skills (IRR, NPV, DSCR), deep knowledge of CRE debt and equity assets, and the ability to manage partner expectations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred field: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years in industry with 2+ years in AVP or external equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferred
• Proficiency with CRE calculations (IRR, NPV, DSCR) and underwriting concepts

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks assigned to team members are completed in a timely manner while adhering to all internal control requirements, audit standards, and client service levels
• Perform QC of junior team members’ work product to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy and completeness
• Manage client expectations and serve as an initial point of contact for process clarification and project coordination
• Supervise and mentor junior team members fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Review draw packages for accuracy; coordinate with borrowers to satisfy disbursement conditions
• Monitor capital sources and uses to ensure loan balance; coordinate resolutions with borrowers
• Analyze and prepare recommendations for Lender approval for construction or disbursement items
• Review invoices and lien waivers; order and review inspection reports and title updates
• Update budget trackers and ensure minimum contingencies are maintained
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables and high customer satisfaction
• Escalate non-compliant issues to senior leadership and support resolution
