Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate to manage end-to-end construction and reserve draw processes for a diverse CRE loan portfolio. The role involves borrower communications, cash flow analysis, and coordination across asset management and loan management teams to deliver accurate, timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in CRE asset management and strong modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred field: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent
• 6+ years of industry experience, typically 1+ years in Senior Associate or external equivalent
• Experience in CRE and debt or equity asset management preferred
• Proficient with CRE calculations: IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF

Responsibilities

• Review draw packages for accuracy and coordinate information with borrowers and lenders
• Manage borrower consent requests and coordination with co-lenders
• Monitor capital sources and uses to keep loan in balance
• Review TI/LC allowances and change orders for compliance with loan docs
• Analyze and prepare recommendations for lender approval on construction or disbursement items
• Review invoices and lien waivers
• Order and review inspection reports and title updates
• Update budget trackers and confirm contingencies meet loan requirements
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely client deliverables and high-quality service
• Correspond with Sponsors/Borrowers on property-level items
• Support AMS VPs with daily responsibilities
• Reconcile and review portfolio reports and draw trackers
• Ensure work complies with processes and audit requirements
• Escalate non-compliant issues to senior leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned
