Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced asset management professional to independently manage construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse CRE loan portfolio. You will analyze borrower documentation, coordinate with lenders and borrowers, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role requires 8+ years in CRE asset management, strong financial modeling in Excel, and ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred field: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferred
• Proficiency with CRE calculations and concepts: IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF
• Ability to create complex financial models in Excel or similar programs and demonstrate strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end review and processing of construction and reserve draw requests.
• Oversee junior staff; QC of work product to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers and co-lenders to satisfy disbursement conditions.
• Monitor capital sources and uses to ensure loan balance consistency.
• Review TI/LC allowances, change orders, invoices and lien waivers.
• Update budget trackers and ensure contingencies meet loan requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver timely client deliverables and excellent service.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership and support resolution.
