Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced asset management leader to independently manage construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse commercial real estate loan portfolio. You will oversee junior staff, ensure accurate draw packages, and coordinate with borrowers and lenders to meet loan documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred field of study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred
• 8+ years of industry experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferred
• Proficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily)
• Proficiency with advanced CRE principles including underwriting, loan servicing and treasury practices
• Proficient with common CRE calculations and concepts: IRR’s, NPV, DSCR’s, DY, NOI/NCF

Responsibilities

• Review draw packages for accuracy and coordinate missing information
• Manage borrower consent requests and coordinate with co-lenders
• Monitor capital sources and uses to balance loan and coordinate resolutions
• Analyze and prepare recommendations for lender approval
• Lead and mentor asset management professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely client deliverables
