Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional to independently manage construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse loan portfolio across commercial real estate, coordinating with asset and loan management teams.

You will review borrower consents, perform financial analysis, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred field of study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or combination of relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end management of construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse portfolio of loans, sponsors and clients in all CRE property sectors
• Review draw packages for accuracy and coordinate receipt of missing information
• Manage borrower consent requests and coordinate approvals with co-lenders
• Monitor capital sources and uses to ensure loan balance integrity
• Lead, mentor and manage high-performing asset management professionals
• Escalate non-compliant issues to senior leadership and support resolution
