Job summary
SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to manage end-to-end construction and reserve draw requests across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. The role interfaces with asset and loan management teams to deliver accurate, timely reports and client deliverables.
Responsibilities include reviewing draw packages, coordinating with borrowers and lenders, monitoring capital sources, analyzing cash flows (IRR/NPV/DSCR), and supporting senior leaders with daily activities.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience, with 1+ years in Senior Associate or equivalent
- Experience in commercial real estate debt/equity asset management preferred
- Proficiency with CRE calculations (IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF) and property types
Responsibilities
- Review draw packages for accuracy and confirm disbursement conditions.
- Coordinate borrower consents and approvals with co-lenders.
- Monitor capital sources and uses to keep loan balance aligned.
- Review TI/LC allowances and change orders.
- Analyze and prepare recommendations for lender approval.
- Review invoices and lien waivers.
- Order inspection reports, title updates and endorsements.
