Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a qualified professional to manage end-to-end construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse CRE portfolio. The role involves financial analysis, borrower coordination, and collaboration with asset management teams to deliver accurate, timely deliverables.

The candidate will review documentation, monitor capital sources, and prepare recommendations for lender approval, while ensuring compliance with loan terms and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review draw packages for accuracy and coordinate missing information with borrower.
• Monitor capital sources and uses to confirm loan balance and coordinate resolutions.
• Analyze and prepare recommendations for Lender approval for construction or disbursement items.
• Review invoices and lien waivers and ensure timely processing.
• Update budget trackers and confirm contingencies meet loan requirements.
