Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation seeks an experienced asset management professional to independently manage construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse CRE portfolio. You will oversee junior staff, review budgets and loan documentation, and coordinate with lenders and borrowers to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years CRE experience, strong Excel/CRE modeling skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance or accounting is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with AVP level exposure or external equivalent.
• Experience in CRE debt/equity asset management and various property types.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analysis of construction and reserve draws across CRE assets.
• Review budgets, TC/LC allowances, lien waivers, and inspection reports.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely client deliverables and SLAs.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and co-lenders on approvals and conditions.
• Develop complex financial models to support loan servicing decisions.
