Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation seeks an experienced asset management professional to lead end-to-end management of construction and reserve draw requests across a diverse CRE portfolio.

You will oversee junior staff, QC outputs, and coordinate with lenders, borrowers and sponsors to ensure timely, accurate deliverables aligned with loan documentation and SLAs. Strong Excel modeling and CRE finance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of industry experience; AVP level or external equivalent.
• CRE, debt or equity asset management experience preferred.
• Proficient with CRE calculations (IRR, NPV, DSCR, NOI).
• Ability to build complex financial models in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of construction and reserve draw requests.
• QC junior team work product for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate project scope.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Review budgets, liens, and change orders for compliance with loan docs.
• Coordinate borrower consents and lender approvals per docs.
• Monitor capital sources/uses and keep loan in balance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely deliverables.
