Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Associate to manage end-to-end construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse CRE loan portfolio. You will analyze borrower consents, perform financial analyses and coordinate with asset and loan management teams to deliver high-quality, timely deliverables.

The role requires strong modeling skills in Excel, ability to work under tight deadlines, and solid communication with sponsors and lenders. Base salary ranges with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review draw packages for accuracy and coordinate information.
• Manage borrower consent requests and coordinate with co-lenders.
• Monitor capital sources/uses to keep loan in balance.
• Review TI/LC allowances and change orders per loan docs.
• Prepare recommendations for Lender approvals and review invoices.
• Order and review inspection reports and title updates.
• Update budget trackers to ensure minimum contingencies.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver accurate client deliverables.
• Communicate with sponsors/borrowers on project status.
• Support VPs with daily responsibilities.
• Reconcile monthly portfolio statistics and remittances.
