Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Associate to manage end-to-end construction and loan asset management for a diverse CRE portfolio. You will review draw packages, coordinate borrower consents, and monitor capital sources while ensuring compliance with loan documents.

You will build complex financial models in Excel, analyze IRR/NPV/DSCR, and collaborate with asset management and loan management teams to deliver accurate, timely deliverables and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance, accounting or business.
6+ years of CRE industry experience;Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
Proficiency in CRE calculations (IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF).

Responsibilities

Review draw packages for accuracy and confirm disbursement conditions per loan docs.
Manage borrower consent requests and coordinate approvals with co-lenders.
Monitor capital sources and maintain loan balance; resolve imbalances with borrowers.
Review TI/LC allowances and change orders for compliance with loan docs.
Analyze and prepare recommendations for lender approval on construction or disbursement items.
Review invoices and lien waivers; update budget trackers and contingencies.
