Job summary

MSL (Global) in New York seeks a Vice President, Consumer Brands to lead large-scale influencer, PR and digital activations. You will coach an interagency team, connect brand equity to culture, and advise senior clients on complex issues.

You will manage campaigns for regulated products, build trusted relationships with clients, and drive cross-channel programs including earned media and social activations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consumer marketing with large scale product campaigns.
• Ability to advise senior client executives in crisis and complex issues.
• Experience managing campaigns and strategies for regulated products (FDA, EPA).
• Proven track record leading account teams with strong time management and client relations skills.
• Experience collaborating with other creative agencies to develop campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale influencer, PR and digital activations from ideation to execution.
• Develop and present out-of-the-box ideas that connect brand equity to culture.
• Oversee interagency team including Creative and Media partners.
• Understand clients' priorities, challenges and competitive landscape.
• Build credibility with clients through expert counsel and relationships.
• Drive earned media, digital, social and influencer engagement across programs.
• Coach and motivate a team of 4-6 employees and manage account team operations.
