MSL (Global) is seeking a Senior Vice President, Digital to lead bold, culture-driving influencer programs for top consumer brands. You will identify creators, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and measure impact across platforms, staying ahead of trends and advising clients.

You will collaborate with earned media, social, creative, and strategy teams to deliver engaging programs that drive relevance and business results.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in influencer marketing or related public relations roles.
• BA in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline.
• Digital native with understanding of influencer from owned, earned and paid perspectives.
• Proven experience leading influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Knowledge of celebrities, influencers and brand ambassadors and contract management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead integrated influencer marketing strategies across consumer brands to drive awareness, engagement, and outcomes.
• Serve as the agency's subject matter expert on influencer marketing, social media trends, creator partnerships, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, agents, and platform representatives.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns including strategy, talent identification, outreach, negotiations, contracting, content oversight, and measurement.
• Partner with account, digital, social, creative, and earned media teams to integrate influencer programs into broader marketing strategies.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on influencer strategy, creator selection, budget allocation, content optimization, and measurement frameworks.
• Oversee influencer budgets, talent fees, agency resources, and campaign timelines for profitability.
• Establish campaign KPIs and measurement methodologies, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor influencer marketing specialists and cross-functional team members.
