• Significant experience in consumer marketing at national program level
• Ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders

• Experience leading integrated marketing teams across disciplines
• Comfort with AI tools and evolving discovery behaviors

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior integrated business lead for one of the country’s most influential retail brands, shaping strategies and outcomes
• Lead cross-functional teams across earned, social, influencer, digital and paid channels
• Maintain deep understanding of client businesses, priorities and competitive landscape
• Develop modern social-first communications strategies with AI-enabled and PESO thinking
• Expand agency relationships and grow agency billings
• Build credibility with clients through trusted, expert counsel
• Oversee operations, profitability and growth plans to meet revenue goals
• Lead new business pitches and win opportunities
