Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. The role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive growth while supporting M&A integration.

Strong licensing and CPCU/CIC designations are preferred for strategic impact. The position emphasizes remote work in the Central Time Zone, with onsite requirements as needed to meet business needs, and a focus on stakeholder

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
