Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Standardize workflows and achieve operational excellence across the org.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers, ops teams, and leadership to drive change and accountability.
