Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to drive standardized workflows, improve efficiency, and support M&A integration while guiding producers and operations teams.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC preferred. Remote work is available with occasional on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen Commercial Lines operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity and reducing variation.
