Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. Fully remote with preference for Central Time Zone hours, with hybrid onsite as needed by policy.

You will partner with regional leaders to drive workflow standardization, capacity planning, and best-practice implementation across the brokerage. The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in a seniorCommercial Lines

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Plan staffing, workloads, and capacity to support growth.
• Align Managed Services with organizational goals and resources.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems (EPIC).
• Support M&A integration through operational assessment and workflow alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive initiatives.
• Utilize performance metrics and BI to drive improvements.
• Lead change efforts and promote new processes across the organization.
