Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national initiatives in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. This role partners with regional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a 5–7+ year track record in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operations optimization, and M&A integration is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable operational improvements.
• Standardize workflows and procedures across the organization.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to boost productivity and consistency.
• Analyze root causes and drive corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Coordinate with Managed Services for resource alignment.
• Serve as national SME on Commercial P&C operations, workflows, and systems.
• Support M&A integration through assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive engagement.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization to improve performance.
• Monitor metrics and BI to guide improvements.
• Lead organizational change and professional development.
• Champion IOA values in all interactions.
