Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. Fully remote preferred with Central Time hours; hybrid on-site may be required.

You will partner with divisional leaders to standardize workflows, drive process improvement, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value. Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of operational

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements.
