Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with division leadership to optimize workflows, standardize processes, and drive growth while supporting producers and account teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations desired, with EPIC experience preferred. Remote work is supported within CST time zones.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity planning to support growth.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
