Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a remote-capable role. You will partner with leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive growth across Commercial P&C services, with a focus on performance, scalability, and client service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large broker, hold an active P&C license (CPCU/CIC preferred), and are proficient with EPIC and integration

Qualifications

• - Active Property & Casualty license required.
• - CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• - 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience.
• - Expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• - Experience with M&A integration and operational transformation.
• - EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• - Ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
