Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, standardize workflows, and partner with regional leadership to elevate performance and client service. Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CPCU or CIC designation (or equivalent) highly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows, procedures and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth and transformation.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and EPIC utilization.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
