This role drives operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and aligns staffing, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience in clinical operations or pharmacy in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing multi-site teams of 400+ in a 24/7 environment.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing across multiple states (preferred).
• Expertise in process engineering and quality management systems.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and regulatory interactions.
• Ability to lead through organizational transformations and manage change effectively.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations function with a unified workforce of 450+ agents.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate patient engagement.
• Direct complex staffing strategies for care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large remote team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
