Fuze Health Inc. seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Operations vertical for a 24/7 workforce of 450+ agents and licensed professionals. You will balance cost, quality, and SLAs while advancing high-priority clinical and business initiatives.

The role requires extensive executive leadership, scale management, and strong regulatory expertise to harmonize legacy Truepill and Alto processes and ensure compassionate patient engagement across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Executive leadership in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
• Pharmacy degree and licensed pharmacist in good standing; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Deep process engineering and quality management expertise.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and regulatory authorities.
• Ability to navigate organizational transformations and change management.
• Strong strategic communication with senior stakeholders.
• Education: advanced degree in relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Standardize performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and others to align launches.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
