Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Client Solutions & Design to shape the vision and delivery model for complex client programs in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote, senior leadership role focuses on patient support solutions, readiness, scalability, and an exceptional client experience.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, partner with Operations and IT, and manage executive-level client relationships to support successful launches and long-term trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare or related fields.
• 10+ years leading patient support ops or large cross-functional implementations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of program designers.
• Oversee all client implementation activities from contract execution to operational transition.
• Develop and execute the vision and operating model for patient support programs.
• Build trusted executive relationships with clients to ensure exceptional implementation experiences.
• Partner with Operations and IT to ensure operational readiness prior to program launches.
• Establish design standards and governance for program implementation.
• Monitor risks and create mitigation plans for implementation activities.
