Ladders is seeking a Clinical Operations Strategy Lead to shape and execute strategic initiatives that enhance how clinical operations are delivered in a remote healthcare environment. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive readiness, manage transitions, and translate strategy into practical actions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of operational planning, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
• 4+ years in process improvement and large-scale implementation.
• Experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, or managed care.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of workflow mapping and operational standardization.
• Experience with system transitions and operational readiness.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
