Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a visionary VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7/365 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, spanning Truepill and Alto entities. You will build scalable operational infrastructure to support rapid growth, align priorities, and maintain compassionate, compliant patient engagement across the organization.

The role balances cost, quality, and SLAs while expanding outbound strategies and harmonizing processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality management systems, and scaling multi-site pharmacy fulfillment.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA.
• Ability to lead through organizational transformations and drive cultural alignment.
• Strategic communication skills to define decision rights and influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate, compliant patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Standardize performance and SOPs across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other executives to align launches.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
