Our client in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead non-clinical operations across multiple markets in a remote capacity. The role emphasizes execution, financial performance, and governance with joint venture stakeholders and market leadership.

This senior leader will oversee Directors of Operations, drive profitability, and ensure compliance and quality across the network. A flexible hybrid approach may be offered in some markets, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Current State Driver's License required.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in healthcare, including multi-site oversight.
• 8+ years managing leaders at senior operational levels, such as Directors.
• Experience with joint venture partnerships and board governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint venture partnerships and oversee all non-clinical operations across assigned markets.
• Ensure delivery on financial, operational, quality, and compliance objectives established with the joint venture.
• Own market-level P&L performance, focusing on revenue, profitability, and labor productivity.
• Develop annual operating budgets and financial forecasts collaboratively with finance and the joint venture.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis and risk mitigation planning.
• Facilitate joint venture board meetings, providing performance updates and strategy.
• Lead and develop teams of Directors of Operations to enhance operational execution and team engagement.
