Fuze Health, a leading digital health innovator, is seeking an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ strong team of care agents and licensed professionals. This role focuses on scaling operations, maintaining compassionate patient engagement, and balancing cost, quality, and SLAs across legacy Truepill and Alto entities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in executive clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with a track record of transforming multi-site

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with 10+ years in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Scale and scope experience managing 400+ remote/hybrid staff in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensure in at least one state and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Operational excellence in process engineering and quality management in multi-site setups.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and regulatory interaction (State Boards/DEA).
• Change management skills to drive organizational transformation.
• Strategic communication to align stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with 24/7 coverage for 450+ staff.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and DEA/state board standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and senior leaders on launches.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
