Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an experienced executive to lead Clinical Call & Operations with a track record in large, multi-site teams and 24/7 operations. You will drive staffing, quality, compliance and continuous improvement across pharmacy and clinical services.

The role requires a pharmacy degree, active pharmacist license, and an advanced business/operations degree. Expect cross-functional collaboration and significant travel to support rapid growth and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers/pharmacy operations.
Proven track record managing 400+ FTEs in 24/7 high-volume environments.
Pharmacy license (RPh) in good standing with State Boards of Pharmacy.
Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto; lead a unified team of 450+ agents.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team; modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
Maintain regulatory compliance and meet state board and DEA standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders on launch readiness.
