Qualifications

10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
Proven ability to scale operations, manage multi-site teams, and drive regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee and scale Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across multiple sites or functions.
Drive staffing, capacity planning, and SLA adherence for 24/7 operations.
Ensure regulatory compliance with state boards, DEA, and internal standards.
Lead strategic initiatives, cost quality balance, and partnerships with cross-functional teams.
