Fuze Health Inc. seeks a veteran executive to lead the Call & Clinical Operations across multiple sites, directing a large, mostly remote workforce with 24/7 coverage.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and scalable processes in pharmaceutical and clinical health services. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of executive experience in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with a pharmacy degree preferred and potential licensing in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background preferred: graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed in good standing.
• Operational excellence in process engineering, quality management systems, and multi-site pharmacy fulfillment.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Strong change management skills to lead through organizational transformations.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, overseeing +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and safety across operations.
• Drive inbound call resolution and revenue-generating outbound strategies.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other senior leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
• Scale and manage remote or hybrid multi-site teams in a high-growth setting.
